Welcome to Christine's Signature Shine LLC. By scheduling, purchasing, or using our cleaning, organization, or personal assistant services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Christine's Signature Shine LLC provides residential cleaning, home organization, and personal assistant services. Services are performed according to the scope of work agreed upon with the client before the appointment.

Additional services requested during an appointment may result in additional charges.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on information provided by the client and are subject to adjustment if actual conditions differ from those described.

Final pricing may vary based on:

Square footage
Condition of the property
Level of buildup
Additional requested services
Time required to complete the work

A minimum service charge of $150 applies to all appointments.

Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing accurate access information, including keys, gate codes, alarm instructions, parking details, or other necessary entry information.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time and the client cannot be reached, the appointment may be canceled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Please allow a 30-minute arrival window for all scheduled appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, clients agree to:

Secure aggressive or unsafe pets during service.
Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special cleaning preferences before service begins.
Provide a safe working environment.
Remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items from work areas whenever possible.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide exceptional service.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concerns and may offer a touch-up visit when appropriate.

Due to the nature of services rendered, refunds are not provided for completed services.

Damage & Liability

While we exercise the utmost care, accidents can occasionally occur.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Christine's Signature Shine LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Improperly installed fixtures or furniture
Damage caused by faulty or aging materials
Items not disclosed as fragile or unstable

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Personal Assistant Services

When providing personal assistant services, Christine's Signature Shine LLC acts solely as a service provider and is not responsible for third-party products, services, schedules, delays, or outcomes beyond our direct control.

Clients remain responsible for decisions made regarding purchases, appointments, travel arrangements, financial matters, and other personal affairs.

Right to Refuse Service

Christine's Signature Shine LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate service at any time due to:

Unsafe working conditions
Harassment or inappropriate behavior
Repeated cancellations
Nonpayment
Situations that pose a risk to our staff, contractors, or property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, images, and branding, is the property of Christine's Signature Shine LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website, contact forms, estimates, and client documents will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for business purposes.
