Refund Policy

At Christine's Signature Shine LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning, organization, and personal assistant services. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the care and attention we bring to each service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and, when appropriate, return to address any areas that may have been missed.

Refunds

Due to the nature of services being performed and completed at the time of the appointment, Christine's Signature Shine LLC does not offer refunds for services rendered.

Instead, we are committed to working with our clients to resolve concerns and provide a fair solution whenever possible.

Service Concerns

To allow us the opportunity to address any issues, clients must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Provide a description of the concern and, if applicable, photos of the area in question.

  • Allow reasonable access for a touch-up visit if deemed necessary.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Areas that were not included in the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Results affected by permanent stains, damage, wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Concerns reported more than 24 hours after service completion.

  • Services where access for a corrective visit is declined by the client.
